Alan Aragon is one of our heroes. His teachings and Research Review was and still is one of the biggest resources in our never ending journey of learning about supplements, nutrition, and training. I reached out to Alan via email and was not only shocked that he responded, but how approachable and down to earth he was. He appreciated our approach and gave us a shout out via Facebook. Being Alan Aragon approved is still the greatest honor we've received, and getting a mention from him was a defining moment for Citadel Nutrition that lead to so many friendships and other opportunities. We met JC and Rog through Alan and have grown to become friends. JC, generally an anti-supplement guy, thought enough of us to let us do a guest blog post on his popular fitness site. This exposure helped us tremendously. JC and Rog went out of their way to help us with no benefit to themselves, other than they liked what we were about. They also know a thing or two about how to training and nutrition. Click on the "Learn" link in our navigation bar to read more about JC and Rog. Read »
John Otis Hollywood. The man himself. We've become close friends with JOH over time and he's supported us since the beginning. JOH is the moderator of the Facebook group "Hollywood's Rabid Cage," an epic combination of trolling and useful information on training and nutrition. If you guys are feeling brave and have a thick skin, we recommend you check it out and get an invite. JOH is also a bodybuilding prep coach and has worked with some solid guys in industry. We can't recommend him enough. An interview he did with Shredded Nation here. Read »
Brandon Campbell is one of the nicest guys we know (that actually lifts) and shares his broad knowledge of training and nutrition via his Youtube channel Campbell Fitness TV. Check out the "Learn" section to read more about Brandon's channel. Brandon giving us some exposure via his channel helped us out in more ways than he realizes. We're grateful Brandon. Read »
Ian McCarthy is another individual we met through Alan. We met on Hollywood's Rabid cage and after more discussion and getting to know each other he actually wanted to give us some publicity via his Youtube channel. This was our first (and probably last) video interview ever. This was right when we started and we were pretty nervous and even knocked over some furniture, but Ian went easy on us. Really. Ian is a big proponent of scientific backing when it comes to training and nutrition, and his Youtube channel is called "LiftingforLife". Read »
